Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when orders placed with Memfy Trading Ltd are dispatched and delivered. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

UK Delivery

Free Delivery

Delivery is completely free on all UK Mainland orders.

Deliveries to the following locations are subject to an additional delivery charge:

  • Scottish Highlands

  • Isle of Man

  • Northern Ireland

  • Republic of Ireland

Applicable delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders for next working day delivery where orders are received before 3:00 pm (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after 3:00 pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframes

Most UK deliveries are completed within 48 hours of an order being placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation including an estimated delivery date.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Delivery Method and Receipt

Deliveries are made by courier or pallet, depending on the size and nature of the order.

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that someone will be available at the delivery address during normal business hours to accept delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available to receive the order, additional delivery attempts or redelivery.

International Delivery

For international deliveries outside the UK, please contact us by email or telephone prior to placing an order to confirm availability and shipping costs.

International Shipping (Europe)

All shipments to European countries are sent with taxes and duties unpaid.

The customer is responsible for paying all applicable local taxes, duties, and import charges once the shipment arrives in the destination country.

International orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS, or DPD, depending on destination and service availability.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains the conditions under which Memfy Trading Ltd accepts returns and issues refunds.

Inspection of Returns

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If an item does not meet the conditions outlined below, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Proof of Purchase

Valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or purchase order) is required to process a refund.
Refunds cannot be issued without proof of purchase.

Sale and Clearance Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for return.
Sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel online purchases within 14 days where applicable.

Returns Process

Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)

You must contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before returning any item.
Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs
